What should we keep doing? All that you are doing. For me it was better than I expected. I was delighted with the service. What could we do differently? Nothing! When referring us to others, what would you say? David Weir will take over and manage all aspects of your marketing and sale of your home. We have had the pleasure of working with David Weir and Victoria Weir (Parker) on three transactions in the past two years. We had such a positive experience on the purchase of our home in Picton in 2019 that we asked David and Victoria to represent us on the sale of our Picton home and the purchase of our new home in Trenton in 2021. From the listing process to the closing, David and Victoria were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with on our sale. They went the extra step of ordering and iGuide which was very useful to potential buyers particularly during the pandemic. Selling a home during a pandemic is challenging and they took all the necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment. Our home sold in four days for asking price which was excellent. David and Victoria were also very helpful in our search for a new home. This was critical because we had already sold our home and were in a time crunch. The home that we purchased was one of their listings so they explained the process of representing both parties in a real estate transaction. Buying a home in a pandemic is equally challenging. Showings are very brief and in this case, there were multiple bidders. We would not have been comfortable in this situation if it had not been for our complete trust in David and Victoria. They are honest, ethical and great communicators. They go the extra mile to make sure your experience in positive with services like MoveSnap and delivering a gift.
