My wife and I contacted David some 8 months before we were even considering moving. David took us on a tour of the Trenton neighborhoods and gave us impeccable advice.

We decided this year to buy in Trenton and engaged David immediately. We chose possible options and David advised us about each of the homes – their positive point as as well as any possible ‘gotchas’. People warned us that buying a home would be a stressful experience, but not when you are working with Team Weir. It was a breeze! We found our dream first home in Trenton easily (and on our first day touring) under the guidance of David and Chelsea, and we could not have been more impressed with the entire process. From prompt responses and replies, expertise and knowledge viewing homes and exploring options, follow up to ensure everything was in place, and patience answering all our silly first-time-buyer questions, before we knew it we had bought our first home. Purchasing as a member of the military also adds extra complications and uncertainty, but with their experience and connections there was next to none and it became not an issue at all. The hardest part of buying our first home with Team Weir is the waiting to actually move in! Because we are so excited. If you are looking for a real estate agent look no further. Thank you Team Weir for your role this summer through the entire process of our downsizing and ‘retirement’ move into the town house on Aspen Drive in Trenton. This started with our offer to purchase the townhouse being accepted in early spring. This would require that I sell my house in nearby Carrying Place. In that regard we initilally had potential of a private sale.
