I worked with David Weir when I bought my townhouse and found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The townhouse was a new construction and purchased as a rental property, David had many recommendations and shared his own experiences with rental properties which helped me in deciding on which size townhouse to purchase. I was very impressed with how helpful he was, he would meet me there before it closed so I could show it to potential tenants and has even followed up to see if I was looking for tenants because he could recommend someone if I was!
